Heart and Home Realty is comprised of three full-time Realtors and two part-time Realtors. Karyl Jones is the Broker in Charge and is a certified Instructor of Real Estate in North Carolina by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC). In March of 2018, we established Heart and Home Realty to add a personal approach to assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. We are an independent family-owned brokerage firm specializing in residential real estate in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Our fifteen years of combined experience affords us the ability to navigate all of your real estate needs. The firm is dually affiliated with both Triangle MLS (Raleigh-Durham area) and Canopy MLS (Charlotte area Multiple Listing Service) and a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Our agents have extensive knowledge of Charlotte’s hottest communities and the surrounding cities and counties. We also partner with various lenders to help you with the pre-approval process as well as assist our clients with credit readiness, if needed. Charlotte is among the nation's hottest real estate markets. Our Listings sell fast and above market value. We help our
buyers put forth their strongest possible offers to compete in this highly competitive market. Heart and Home Realty has received awards for high quarterly sales as a team and individual sales achievements as well. The founders, Karyl and Mike Jones, established the firm to assist families with the blessing of home ownership. We view our firm as a Ministry to serve the community. KARYL & MIKE JONES
Heart & Home Realty is a boutique real estate firm, owned by husband and wife, Karyl Boulware Jones and Mike Jones. Collectively they have sold almost $70,000,000.00 in real estate in both North and South Carolina. A previous Registered Nurse for 15 years for then CMC, currently Atrium Health Care, Karyl started her real estate career about 7 years ago in 2014. Mike Jones has been an entrepreneur for more than 15 years. Previously he was an owner/contractor with FedEx. He obtained his real estate license in 2017. Together they are passionate about helping others to become homeowners, learn the process of buying and selling real estate, making sound investments, building and maintaining good credit and financial health and generational wealth.
